Daily menu for this week.

Day 1:
Kale Salad
Walnut crusted wild salmon with edamame mash

Day 2:
Broccoli Pie (ours came from an old Greek cookbook, but try this similar option)

Day 3:
Gnochi with lemon and roasted brussel sprouts

Day 4:
Moroccan Bowl (we are subbing tempeh for chicken)

Day 5:
Pasta night! Grab a can of your favorite pasta sauce and pasta and you’re good to go. Here’s one of our favorite recipes for a homemade version.
